imagine a timeline where drake dropped a hit after not like us instead of that defensive snooze fest

Wouldn't have mattered what he did because UMG would have killed it's momentum to boost Kendrick.

It was an awkward moment after she initially told him her age. Cool.

Where it becomes weird and basically pedophilia is when he DOUBLES BACK and kisses/feels her up AGAIN after LEARNING her age.

That’s why niggas still being that video up

THEN WHY THE F*** DID HE NOT GET IN TROUBLE FOR IT!???

Literally nooooooobdy can answer it this is my f***ing point lol the “proof” is clear as day yet he isn’t rotting in a cell. Why was he never charged for it? Nobody can answer that either.

“Why didn’t someone get in trouble for a crime” is really not a good argument to explain why something isn’t a crime

Throughout his career, Drake has intentionally and successfully used UMG to distribute his music and poetry to engage in conventionally outrageous back-and-forth ‘rap battles’ to express his feelings about other artists. He now seeks to weaponize the legal process to silence an artist’s creative expression and to seek damages from UMG for distributing that artist’s music.

This section from UMG’s response might single-handedly get this case dismissed before it even begins

    I’m dead.

Now they’re saying that Drake flopped because UMG held him back, not because he dropped maybe the worst diss track by a major artist ever as his closing statement.

Drake lost because of a gross negligent misunderstanding of his public image

He egged Kendrick on into talking about him liking younger girls thinking no one would side with him when a lot of people never forgot his odd relationship with Millie Bobby Brown

People have been thinking this about him for years now

Do you believe that video acts as proof that he's a pedophile or was he a 22 year-old, drunk on stage on his first tour as a headliner who said something inappropriate to a young woman who got picked randomly and turned out to be 17?

Again, yes, him touching her how he did and saying what he said to her was inappropriate. No one is defending that or debating it but y'all can't keep going back to that as some sort of "gotcha" to prove he's a pedophile when that only ever happened once and at a time in his career when he was just getting into the game.

And yes, the person in question is now a 31 year old woman who has had 14 years to go over the events of that day in her head and she has decided, back in 2018 when she first addressed it and again in 2024, that the video and her shouldn't be used by anyone to prove Drake is a pedophile. She understands that he was a drunk, stupid 22 year old who did something he wasn't supposed to do.

    "that only ever happened once"

Euphoria is the gift that keeps on giving. It almost makes me believe Kendrick used a time machine
