No such thing. He’s too good to drop an objectively bad album. As bad as Scorpion is, Side A is damn near flawless and there’s a handful of good songs on Side B. If he would’ve condensed that album, we’re having a totally different conversation. And I’m saying that to say that there is a quality level that Drake will always maintain no matter what.
