Anyone did the quest Mercy among Thieves? I got to the end chasing the bandit, but then 2 f***ing Cyclops got in my way. I lost his trail after that and haven’t been able to finish it up.

this game is amazing but some of these sidequests are actually stressing me the f*** out tryna get em done somehow

One of the best action-rpgs in years, up there with elden ring, I’m playing as an archer and the combat is perfection. They cooked.

What class should I choose?

Just a heads up, there’s a ton of classes you unlock later in the game and you can switch classes as many times as you want, so don’t worry too much about what you pick at the start. I’d go with your gut.

how’s the performance on xbox series x?

It’s not horrible if you have a VRR screen. But pretty much the only time you’re above 25-30fps is when you look up at the sky, definitely playable though.

First encounter with a Dullahan had me cornered I didn’t know wtf was going on. Dead of night, I’m on a jagged cliff. My lamp light starts flickering and goes out. The Dullahan spawns and gets right to it. Now I was holding my own. I’m currently a Trickster, main pawn a Sorcerer. Had another mage, and a thief pawn to finish out my party.

Again we’re on a jagged ass cliff in the dead of night. Imo light. Cant see s*** outside of the Dullahans aura and the light from my pawns spells going off. Luckily as a Trickster I didn’t need to be up close in the fight so it was mainly me trying to find a big enough space to move my simulacrum around without myself and the pawns falling over. The battle was going good until my thief fell off the edge with the Dullahan. My buffs could still reach her on the ledge she fell on, so put up a valiant effort but the Dullahan went crazy with back to back spells n blasted her into the ocean

Just my mage & sorcerer left.The Dullahan teleports back up to us. We would’ve been wrecked but the fight forced me to evolve my skills. My understanding of exactly how to use the simulacrum opened up. It was like my Heavenly Restrictions were removed We were doing it. I kept all aggro on my simulacrum, healed it at the appropriate times and kept my buffs up for my team. We got it down to the last bar, then half a bar remaining. Then the sun started rising.

Harpies started spawning in, it was fine we had it under control. Just a quarter of the last bar remaining, almost there

Then a f***ing Griffin dive bombs us from behind, and the Dullahan disappears a few seconds later with the rising of the sun. Robbing me of my victory

Got my first pawn with the rona, the signs are pretty obvious

you think it’s a wait a week or so to get for update or just deal with it the clips i’ve been seeing make me want it so bad

What it look like? Any screen shots? Ever since I read a few Reddit post I been throwing my pawn in the water every couple days in game

It’s in the early stages but I immediately noticed they were less talkative and the others started mentioning the dragonsplague. The infected hold their head when idle and their eye color changes too.

Ngl wish Pawns could use the hybrid vocations. The AI seems good enough to manage. Specially since you can see Sigurd in action, ain’t no reason a Pawn couldn’t apart from lore reasons.

I just dismiss my pawns after every 2 days. People on Reddit says you should kill them when you're done with big quests by throwing em in the water
