I know that this team is not great at writing, but it really is a shame that the Future Trunks arc isn't one of the best in anime history

The guy has like 25 episodes of trauma and previously established relationships that would've made for good entertainment alone. Black is a stellar villain and Zamasu works well off of him. I don't know how you turn that into just a "good" arc and nothing more

I was thinking about this when I went to sleep after reading the new chapter. The Black Frieza reveal was probably the hottest DB's manga has been period, and they simply threw that away for a retelling.

It'd be one thing if they purposefully pushed it off for the anime to cover it first (if that returns), but this franchise isn't ran that well so idk

An announcement of the anime returning in parallel with the FB arc would be a dream come true I’d deal with this slow ass pace for that lol

It just seems fitting everything stops with the death of Frieza since the story began after he blew up planet Vegeta (((((thanks to Beerus))))) unless they switch it to the next generation to keep things fresh

Won't even lie this Granola and Gas s*** is straight up mid- actually awful. Everything since Moro was actually, Moro was just a mid version of Buu. Since RoF, actually, there's no reason Freeza should get that run back he's pure evil.

Have you been watching the creators react to their whole series recently? I think they just got to the Final Flash ep, it’s pretty neat hearing them discuss voice acting, thoughts on DBZ in general & their approaches to the scripts
