I work at a shelter of course i feel bad for them.

These some of the most down and out, disenfranchised, and suppressed peoples. More than anyone they need help and compassion.

And if someone is ungrateful after begging you for something or feeling like you owe them something, you have a very valid reason to not want to help that person again.

My uncle is homeless and became an alcoholic after losing part of his body at work, spent all his payout money.

His siblings have set boundaries because he has harassed them, but also still help him from time to time, they got him accommodation via government housing a few years ago but I believe he's out on the streets again for whatever reason

Do I feel bad for him? Yes because I know his story and he's my blood. But he has his own negative behaviour, I keep him at a distance but it's not like I have negative wishes for him.

I do and I had a similar experience with a homeless person once. There was a homeless dude holding the door for people at a McDonald's, basically tryna get some money. When I walked in I gave him two bucks. But as I ordered my food I also got an order for him. Something simple like medium fries and a 10pc nuggets. When I offered him the food bruh said "Man I don't eat this bullshit thanks for nothing!" and I looked at that nigga like

Like these niggas obviously don't work. So they don't have the concept in their head that anything you part ways that you bought is literally bought with your labor. Hours of your time.

And they getting that s*** for free. I bought piping hot chicken and waffles to enjoy for myself with my hard earned money. And gave it away to man that asked for it thinking I was being courteous and his ass threw it away.

So anything I give you, you don't have to thank me for. But don't turn your nose up on it after YOU BEGGED ME FOR IT.

It's like when I was kid I didn't understand that s*** cause I never worked, I didn't know what my mom dealt with for food and shelter. So I'd b**** about shoes and games and food, and not really know but when I was older I was embarrassed.

Being half Nigerian too, I know what tribalism in the community does, and it doesn't support unity just fosters division
