flootures· editedThose horror stories are leading into some of the best animation I've ever seen in a mainstream anime. It sucks, but the s*** they're doing is GOD LEVEL. So I highly recommend it, don't let their work go unappreciated
And no, the movie that came out after s2 was just a recap/early preview of s3. You're good to keep watching
Sidenote, cuz I know a lot of ppl haven't seen this, did you see the Blu-ray/finished version of the s2 sukuna fight?
I can't front, the only other show that I've seen with such crisp action is Demon Slayer. The fights in jjk are unreal

Yeah some of their best work is in s3 imo. I feel like the hypest, most stylistic parts of s2 set the BASELINE for s3. Do with that what you will

I really liked ping pong the animation, mononoke show, kizumonogatari movies, redline, golgo 13 1983 movie, angels egg, lot of stuff
But this is still prolly one of my favorites on virtue of having movie-level animation technique at show length. Insane
