I do think though, Drake ran from his destiny a bit musically though. Like, there’s nothing wrong with playing the game and having pop smashes with Rihanna, Alicia keys, and having records like HOWGH.
It’s like he made a conscious decision to not be that guy and while obviously he’s had a fantastic career, he could have been Taylor swift.
But isn’t hits like HOWGH the pathway to being the male Taylor swift? I would say him leaning into trap so much is what changed his direction

How bout he has a contract to fulfill and they pair him up with popular streamers? Ever thought of that? Obviously he is close to Adin so that makes the chemistry a little better. how about having a contract with them, doing business with them, a mutually beneficial relationship, is bad. he has agency. he didn't fall into it by accident. he isn't a victim with no agency getting nothing out of it.
