Was this better than the 1st story & vibe wise? Cause that was pretty good

I think it’s widely agreed that the story is better, but some people seem to still prefer the vibes of DS1. DS2 still a better game overall

DS2 is a lot more flashy and spectacle heavy, id say the story is pretty equivalent to the first one in terms of quality, its really good but i personnally prefered the first ones story. Vibes are great its definitely less lonely than the first which is a change i really liked even though I really love the contemplative vibe in ds1

The story is much different, both are incredible in their own ways but you’ll probably end up preferring one over the other.

In DS2 the characters each felt very rich with emotional depth and felt more like real people believable in this universe.

I love both but the soundtrack is even better in this game and you can play the music whenever you want like mgs5 which was HUGE for vibes
