I’ve been abusing the off roader to make big hauls, but it’s making the game too easy and streamlined. Switched to making deliveries with the coffin board and it’s so much fun to use
I really wish you could attach a floating carrier to it, however

yeah, i previously thought that the game only held back likes so you couldnt get more than one star at a time. i didnt think the same would apply for each individual star. shame they pad it out like this, one of my only major complaints about the game aside from environmental changes being oversold

Yeah it turned me off playing for a few weeks. Deliveries and combat are brain dead easy right from the start, I burned myself out trying to get all 5 stars.

Jul 15, 2025·2 repliesone of the only gripes i have with this second opus is how there is literally nothing (so far, i'm at episode 8) forcing you to step out of your vehicle to retrieve cargo/go from one point to another/make a delivery
like i'm almost never not in my truck, it's gotten to a point where i'm starting to force myself to do certain segments on foot just to "stretch my legs" as Sam says because damn...
oh and also the difficulty is not enough. i'm on "brutal" and even the fights are still super easy. just cleared the ghost mech factory near F5 without breaking a sweat nor fearing for my health once...

usually I don’t use too many weapons but it made the fort knot order so much more fun. the sentries, shock gun and rocket boxes had me feeling like iron man 😩😂😩😂

I'm replaying it on Brutal now and I can't even tell the difference from when I played it on Casual on my first playthrough.
