Because the NTT cast is what everyone thinks of when they think of the Titans and it’s by far the most successful iteration of the group and one of the most iconic comic runs ever lol.

Either they de-age the entire group so they can put Starfire, Raven, Cyborg, etc. in Damian’s generation and not D***’s, which is dumb and would immediately turn a lot of people off

Or they grab characters from Damian’s generation to put on screen, which are barely even known to comic fans, let alone the general public, and would draw little interest

And the NTT are all adults when the group is formed anyway. Their prominent stories really don’t work for actual kids. If they go that direction they should just do Young Justice with Damian or Tim
