Such a good game , any time I have nothing I want to play I just load it up to f*** around and do random missions

This game becomes a totally different beast once your build gets fleshed out later in the game holy s***

Just bought this and a Series X a couple weeks ago, graphics are insane

thinking about coming back to this. was about 70% through the story when they did that major update a year or two ago that changed how combat functioned and i was so turned off I just dropped it

think id need to start the game over to really get used to the system which was part of the problem

One thing I think they dropped the ball with that I’d love to see more of in a sequel set in Night City is making the map more a part of the missions so that you have more reason to remember locations by.

Like GTAV does this really well where throughout the whole story you’re brought all over the map and really get a feel for things and memorable sections. I get that it’s a lot harder with cyberpunk since the open ended gameplay means encounters need to have various options to tackle them, which means designing hideaways/buildings quite detailed so stealth is an option. But I feel like there’s so much detail to the city and you can almost miss all of it by virtue of the game’s design because it’s all basically go here, kill baddies or complete objective in building, leave. Not to mention all the unused locations, does the space center/morro rock even have anything there?

I bought this + dlc last month, but I just can’t get into it.
It’s to complex for me.
I hope I will get sucked into it one day

Really? I’m not one to get into complex games and I loved this. What did you find complex about it? I feel like the game allows you to play in a rather simplified way if you want to as well

You have your phone
You have documents
You have multiple missions at a time
You have your upgrades
Plus more that I don’t remember right now

Maybe I just need to play a little more(I have played maybe 2,5 hours), to get it under my skin.
But I just feel like I’m in over my head

Phone and documents are basically just fluff you can completely ignore unless a mission specifically says to check your phone or call someone.

Granted there are a lot of perks and cyberware upgrades but pretty much just choose what kinda play style you wanna go with and stick to stuff that benefits that
