I refunded 9 hours in tbh. think it's just smarter to wait for a GOTY edition when these bugs are fixed and the game's gonna be discounted with all the DLC anyway.

Did you do the chatbot? When it asks you if you downloaded it, choose no, then you’ll be able to get in contact with agent. Sony definitely is offering refunds, CDPR themselves said so in their statement.

sony is garbo but you should still be able to get a refund. usually for steam you can only play for 2 hours max, but they gave me one no prob.

The more I play the game, the more I feel that the lore is just lazy. A lot of the quests are given by fixers over the telephone, so you have very few conversations with real characters in game. And in many of these quests, the lore is just there in a readable data shard. There aren't voice lines that make the world real. The quests where you hunt down cyberpsychos are the worst example of this. It's supposed to be an examination of why people are going insane, but instead of anything actually emotional or compelling, you kill a person, read their email, learn they were addicted to d****, and then send a premade text message to Regina Jones. And you do this 17 times.
