It’s the least they can do, really. The vast majority of their orders and sales are on current gen and they marketed the game to totally be viable on current gen so they must patch the s*** out of this.

They’re gonna need to do a lot more than bug fixes, and some of the fixes I don’t think are even going to be viable because of their engine.

Like AI for instance, it’s the exact same as The Witcher 3, which strikes me as more of an engine problem, so it probably can’t be resolved.

The various physics bugs and the like are also likely engine problems.

They’ll need to add more world activities, being able to sit as bars, restaurants, more interact-able s***workers, mini games such as poker, pool, darts, arcade games, barbers, tattooists and plastic surgeons to make the city feel more interactive as a whole.

And that’s not even getting into the lying about how in depth the role playing would be. V is basically a predefined character like Geralt, despite CDPR claiming it would be otherwise. That’s something that’s not gonna be fixed because it would require an entire upheaval of the story.

Their best bet is just fill the game with s*** to do outside of quests and gigs and turn the game into a big budget Yakuza.

After the hot fix the Xbox shutters are gone. Haven’t had any bugs or crashes last two days.

Except one where I smashed a window and tried to jump in and I somehow ended up 500m away from where I was at.

About to get this refunded by Sony, wait 3-4 months for it be patched or (hopefully) upgraded to next-gen, then turn around and buy a physical pre-owned copy

There’s no f***ing telling, especially if they are at all intent on revamping aspects of the game and adding content/side activities. They might turn around and present the next-gen upgrade as an “enhanced edition” or something with added/improved features rather than just a graphical upgrade.
