I really want to buy their Parasite edition, but I already own it on Blu-ray, I can’t justify dropping 30+ bucks on it mostly for that.

Most of their releases that have come in special packaging in recent years has been either underwhelming or just frustrating for me tbh.

At least when they do actually make good packaging and artwork, they prove they can still hit it out of the park (e.g., the Godzilla set).

And there wasn't really anything standout (good or bad) in his closet vid. Probably one of most "normal" ones I've seen in a while.

His personality is really the reason to watch tbh, he seems like a really down-to-earth and humble dude.

The only thing that comes to mind where something might've been requested to get edited out is a brief moment where he calls his friend on speakerphone to ask him for the name of his middle school teacher who showed him 12 Angry Men when he was in his class. And he says the friend's and teacher's name out loud... So maybe they're just editing those names out to be safe in case those people don't want their names and job titles featured in Criterion's marketing material?
