Also I haven’t seen it but my buddy said Haxan is like ‘a dissertation on the origins of witches from the perspective of a German guy in the 1920's, really tame in terms of horror but the visuals kick ass, lots of scenes where the devil is churning butter‘... take from that what you will
Night of the Living is a definite cop for me right now. & Haxan seems interesting - too bad neither of us have actually seen
