I also feel like Fellini has tons of fairly recent restos released on blu already. A quick amazon search for Fellini blus just brought up 50 results, while Rossellini blus brought up 14

criterion already did 2 different blu sets for Ross (both which i have)... meanwhile f***ing La Strada remains unrestored

They even relegated some of his best films to the lower quality eclipse collection that desperately need to have their own blu upgraded set

dont have a region free, can crack them open onto a hard drive though. usually only get my absolute favourite s*** that is unavailable otherwise (russian zerkalo, japanese stalker before it got restored, lots of murnau, mann and lang) didnt know about that la strada.

you guys ever used the app Kanopy? it’s free w a school login / library card and is a streaming service w a f***ton of movies, criterion collection included. worth checking out
