that positive rate
think i got the rona bug
i was supposed to go out west for the summer in a couple days too, perfect timing
Ok so some of my family is mad at me but I don't think im tripping. I had the chance to take the COVID vaccine but said no.
I'm vaccinated as a kid, and I know that vaccines have been essential and will continue being so for the development of humanity. We have literally eradicated viruses with vaccines, which is great.
But I don't see these Covid vaccines stopping s***, once the rich countries are done vaccinating, the poor countries will still be struggling. and people from the rich countries will travel there on vacation and bring with them a new mutation that can withstand the vaccine and everybody has to get vaccinated again, new side effects, and this cycle will continue, people will be taking a new vaccine every year.
and I know it works like this for the flu, it changes, they change the vaccine and u get a new stick every year. But Covid is mutating at a faster rate, and I don't think they can keep up with it. So we'll be getting a new vaccine every year, with potential new side effects. With no insurance for the needle to work against Covid?
if i'm being dumb af rn explain then.

they're probably just thinking "what do you have to gain by not getting it"
if you really are worried about the side effects, that's one thing. but just not taking it because you think there might be a better vaccine later, like yeah probably, but you really think this one doesn't do anything to combat the virus? if it helps, it helps

Side effects dont sound good, and I read cases of vaccinated people getting sick from covid??? I have Asthma so I'm actually worried about getting the virus cause I might die if I get it.
But im also s***scared of needles and putting something foreign in my bloodstream. and i've heard about people's asthma getting worse after getting vaccinated. So I think im good with a mask and social distance tbh
Anyone have any notable reactions to their first Moderna shot?
My mom got her shot around last week and yesterday a small part of her arm got puffy and she said her arm was itching
Just wondering if anybody else experienced that

cases will get so low that the restrictions will be lifted. so I think it would be better to be vaccinated. now of course if it does rise again everything will come back.
Your chances of getting very sick from a vaccine are far lower than getting very sick from covid
There are 8 months of studies that show precise efficacy information but just as important are the real world results that we're seeing
Don't be stupid, get vaccinated
