I live in the suburbs part of Houston Texas, where it’s mostly middle age dumb people. I went to this restaurant to pick up some food. while I was waiting in line I saw I was the only one wearing a mask, and I kid you not there was one guy not even wearing shoes or socks. people were looking at me like if I was the crazy one, and not even saying anything about the guy having his feet all out.

Virginia pretty much opening up fully July 1. Restaurants can operate and full capacity. Entertainment venues..50-75% capacity.
