If this s*** spreads thru droplets how are you supposed to trust that some cook making minimum wage was taking the proper safety precautions?

Most people already don't want to work there. now, with reopening and having to take new safety measures, their job just became more tedious for probably no extra money.

Additionally, you think these places are really taking the time to retrain their employees on how to properly and safely do these things under the new guidelines?

I used to see cooks in the backs of kitchens touching the customers food with the hand they just wiped sweat or their nose off with. You expect me to believe these same dudes are gonna remember cross contamination and what surfaces they were in contact with? (Applebee's btw) Most motherfuckers I saw on the street were still coughing into the palm of their hands up until I stopped going out cuz of this s***.
