You know what you are right, because I went to hs in saint Louis, and from 2007 to 2011 it was f***ing dead af with no diversity at all. I haven’t gone back to stl since I left hs but my best friend moved back there in 2016 and he said it has changed a lot. Like a lot. Also my childhood family friend from Toronto moved there and he said that it’s a lot more diverse and a lot more new things to do.
So yeah I can see OK being a lot different than 9 years ago. I myself am trying to move to Texas. Preferably Houston.
based on the rapidly increasing numbers in russia, you can see again how much china lied and will continue to lie

It's difficult to find reputable sources that suggest cases are still pouring in. But they are still under a certain degree of restriction, it's not like everything is back to normal even now.
Ah, Sunday, when I can pretend the virus is dying down for a bit before coming back to reality on Monday
So China ain’t okay like they said?
They're doing way better now for sure, but during the peak they definitely had a lot more people infected and a lot more deaths. They don't even share how many people got tested overall. Also they still have months later restrictions and people in Wuhan were locked up for about three months. Even some countries are sceptical about it

Who cares about the news source when it's real

Here's the study's news source itself. Is the University of Glasgow fake news too?

It matters when the outlet completely misrepresents the content to scare people.
Never once, not a single time in the article itself does it say that COVID-19 "will" take 13 years off your life. It says that COVID-19 "could" take "as many as" 11-13 years off your life, depending on gender.
If COVID-19 did, without a shadow of a doubt, take 13 years off your life, the life expectancy of humanity as a whole would drop by several years. I don't think the 90ish percent of those who only experience a mild or asymptomatic case of COVID-19 can expect to lose any time off their expected life span.
It's a decent study (not peer reviewed, which apparently only matters if it's good news) with a clickbait title. Again, f*** the Daily Star, Daily Mail, and all the other fearmonger rags misrepresenting science for clicks.

Italy is going to gradually ease restrictions starting in May
I watched the vid and this is all common sense. But the issue was that the number of cases booking hospitals, so the lock down was to curve the influx of patients. Some people are taking the lock down as a solution, but most people realize that isn't the case. We wouldn't have these issues if every country had testing like South Korea or the level headed corporations in Germany to handle everything.
If people followed social distancing rules and guidelines then we don't have to worry about a 2nd lock down. But that seems like the reality in America cause people want to be ignorant.
I also doubt the entire world is on a scheme to control the population when these countries are at each other's necks with the blame game and finger pointing on solutions
what’s everyone’s takes on instagram flagging/deleting posts that pertain to helping boost your immune system to combat Covid-19?
