I’m looking for Corporate jobs and trying to move out of state
this is not the move king
I know, but just for numbers sake there are jobs for those who used to make minimum or closer to it
Good luck to you man, its probably very difficult, but still possible (I start a new "corporate" job on Monday).
its just an assessment. nobody knows if this is really true because they are a***yzes. of course, there were many more people who had that s***, but 2.4 million people are a little too high.
thats why every country needs more testing

Also how did you land this job and what state are you in?

Is there no god damn pm's yet on this site?
CA
I applied in mid Feb for a Financial Service Company/Discount Brokerage (think of TD Ameritrade, Schwab, ETRADE, Fidelity) and I went through a couple of phone calls and an in person interview and I got the job (but I have applied for 50-100 positions, if not more, in the past 9 months and gone to a few other interviews).
Not sure what field you are in, job experience, or type of school you went to (I went to a state college, nothing special).
But you will need a good resume (my school had a thing called Vmock which would be an AI basically grading it and giving advice), apply for lots of jobs, and have likely more than 1 interview (which is now tough)

So I have a bachelors in business administration and have a lot of sales and Some management experience. I also just received my masters in accounting with no Internship or experience and I was applying to entry level positions in Illinois and Texas with literally no luck except for some phone interviews here and there. Since March I have got literally nothing. I even had to two second round interviews but once the state went on lock down they disappeared
I have tried recruiters in Illinois and also got in touch with one in Houston and all they do is lie and say they will get in touch with you in a couple days and just disappear
I have applied to literally over 200 applications on LinkedIn alone and then some on indeed
35,851 new cases so far today in the us, that might be a new record
Bro stop
your making me depressed we are never gonna get out of this mess
i need to leave this town so I can work and start a new life

How old are you?
Is your resume great? Has it gone through some type of grading system or professional help?
Are you trying to go into accounting? A masters degree should get you a decent entry level corporate job or at least a smaller company
I think doing those Easy Applies on LinkedIn are crap. You need to do full apps from Indeed/Monster/etc or go on the website of specific companies and find some more openings.
Have you asked for feedback for what you could have done better? Interviews are not my strongest suit, so I would practice questions before hand in a document that I typed out (multiple pages now from questions online and that I have gotten IRL that I have wrote down to practice for next time if need be)

I’m 26
And my resume has gone through professional college help and literally through numerous recruiter tweaks and even on Reddit I had people tweak it
I have just come to realize bro it’s really all about connections. These days your resume goes through a f***ing automated system. Like real people don’t even get to see your s*** so if you don’t have your resume exactly like how the job description is most likely you won’t even get a first round call
I know dudes with hs diplomas that just happened to know the right person and got a job that they would have no way in hell gotten if they didn’t know this person
Big S/O to the essential OnlyFans workers on the frontlines of this pandemic for allowing us all to keep nutting during this difficult time. You are real life superheroes.

Ok, good work on the resume, unfortunately that is what it takes now since it goes through an automatic grading scale first and then a real person next.
Connections are huge, do you have any teachers or colleagues who can help you out? Doesn't hurt to ask.
I got my 1st job for the past 10 months out of school because my teacher sent out an email to every kid in my department and I got that job and then I kept in touch and she got me a couple interviews at a big discount brokerage, but I never landed those jobs still.
I got my current job with no connection, but it took a long time and I am fairly qualified for it
Numbers still rising and no adequate testing until the end of May in a lot of places, but yeah we good to open up next week. What could go wrong?
i'm kinda numb to being in quarantine rn i'm actually more upset that we're gonna be outside for a little bit and then get hit worse
he took no questions lmfao
wtf just happened, is that the first time ever?
OH NO NO NO
