they were talking about alternating the days for 2 groups of kids for example. or morning / afternoon waves.

it's going to be a logistical nightmare though however they handle it, especially for younger kids where social distancing will be impossible

"alright kids get in a line and stand 6 feet apart" the lines are gonna be going across the whole school just to go to the bathroom

their reasoning is that they see less children -> parent COVID spread because kids get sick less. so they think it's less likely to spread amongst kids to their parents

in my opinion this was only because less kids are outwardly sick in the first place, skewing their data

i haven't seen any real studies that show kids to be less transmissible which worries me greatly
