yeah I mean they gotta treat what they see for sure, if you need intensive care you'll get it I'm sure, but I guess if someone's only showing early symptoms it'd be good for them to be aware of what they may need in the coming days/weeks

It makes sense for them to research on those types of viruses considering how exposed and vulnerable their population is to them.

Not giving them the benefit of the doubt though.

It's the highest registered death count in The Netherlands since the outbreak. Every tuesday it is higher tho, since administration is lacking. Hospitals too busy and it's weekend. So unreported cases on saturday, sunday and monday will be counted to tuesday.

And yes the testing is very poorly. They only test you if you have a fever and you coughing. Also most tests are for hospital personnel. Today was the first day they actually increased the test capacity to 17.500 a day tho, still mainly for healthcare tho. But doesn't make sense the cases go down then.

But case count is very flawed here in general. There should be many more cases. So what is counted are the more severe cases probably. Also, The Netherlands doesnt count recovered people. So all the numbers are flawed.

The only numbers that are useful are hospital and intensive care admissions of patients with covid. And that's actually going down last days (death count was too last days btw). They really scaled their ic places up last weeks, so we can go for another couple weeks before running out of places. Especially now ic patients go down

But if i look at Belgium i'm still kinda fearful for us. Belgium as such a small country had 403 deaths today. That means The Netherlands can get there too, although the trend did go down before today

I mean I never thought of it that way, because it was always described to me as a vanishing out of thin air, but if it’s needing to stay grounded in reality then this way would actually make the most sense, and that means a s***ton of Christians are gonna die en masse = being called home
