Dancer had a cutscene during her phase transition though, that was even cooler than an introductory cutscene for her would have been

And the walk ups to the boss rooms are so cool and curated that they dont need a mandatory cutscene before the fight tbh the build up is already done visually in game

They really topped Ashtray Maze, omg this level had me with a stupid grin on my face the whole time and i guess this isn’t even halfway through the game yet insane

Also funny how one of the most fun boss fights so far has been an unnamed enemy

I went with the scythe + the heavy hammer blow. Got both almost maxed out but I need some endgame resources for the last couples upgrades ig, wanna experiment with something else anyway

Its bc she’s a straight up humanoid 1v1 fight and the whole game is you being ganked and overwhelmed in combat so its just too easy to outperform her

The whole build up and visual presentation and music was chefs kiss tho

What dont u like about it? In souls games i avoid scythes but in Resonant ive been maining it. So satisfying to hit like 4 enemies at the time with how much they throw at you

And then you go with knives? thats not a big dmg weapon altho dps is probably high with the right build

But ive been using the hammer as my heavy attk and i love it, truly big bonk energy
