  • Kako

Lil Wayne is still the best rapper alive.

He’s one of the biggest rappers to enter the game since around 2017 It would be weird if his name wasn’t brought up consistently

great point, that’s true. with that in mind tho he’s still not an artist that would strike me as being in the competition for greatest rapper alive. but then again, what tf do I know

    New NIGHTMAN

The real answer is Mach or Kanye

Kanye just on proving he wasn’t done

And Mach because he went crazy all year

I don’t personally think lil baby is best rapper alive but he’s definitely gotten enough buzz over the years to be in the discussion he has the sales, hit songs, and good standout features so regardless of if you like him or not at this point he has the credentials

  • Jan 20, 2022

It's still Billy Woods and he didn't even drop in 2021

When did it become cool on KTT to hate Tyler

  • Jan 20, 2022
    internet buddy

I’m not a fan but how is this nigga any way shape or form better than Lil Baby? Cause he panders to hipsters? Get the f*** outta here

You could say the same thing either way if it was Tyler or Lil Baby (but I mean for baby U would be saying he doesn’t cater to hipsters)

  • Jan 20, 2022

Probably Kendrick tbh but Tyler is my favorite live performer of this generation

Idk when this site turned on him but it would be stupid to say that Tyler hasn’t been one of the more influential rap artists of the past decade

    Either Kanye or Drake imo

Its not biggest rapper but best rapper

    But Tyler isnt either

  • Jan 20, 2022

Has to be trolls itt saying Kendrick

  • Jan 20, 2022

Wouldn’t be my first pick but I’m not mad at it

    He was snappin last year

  • Jan 20, 2022

I mean who else would it be?

Tyler has kind of consolidated the critic darling lane kendrick used to occupy

He has the talent aspect, the popularity and the “weirdness” why yall suprised the publications would see him as an easier choice than ye or drake

I’m ambivalent either way. Ive been a tyler fan since like 2012 so the acceptance still a little surreal

  • Jan 20, 2022

    The real answer is Nas

    Tyler so overrated

  • Jan 20, 2022

Must be such a great feeling for him tbh

After all those years of blogs s***ting on him & being somewhat of an outcast in the hip hop world, dudes finally getting the recognition he’s worked for & dreamed of

  • Jan 20, 2022
    NeonNigga23

he had a strong 2021 but there were other rappers that had a bigger and better year

Just like a few people already said in here,it’s Nas if we’re purely going off rapping. If you wanna add in any more attributes like popularity, influence, big moments etc. it’s either Ye or Drake to me.

CMIYGL was literally a parody/satire of street rap and now publications want to crown him king

  • Lil Baby >>>

  • Mmm Hmm 😆

    Tyler one or my favs.

But I strongly disagree with this.
