How can you listen to Inglorious B******s and say that?
Or most of this album
Ngl could've done without the Nas feature
They made that intentionally weird imo. They on Hov team they didn’t want to put Nas in position to look great, that wasn’t the agenda let’s be real.
Who mixed and mastered this?

Has to be Frank imo. Old friend, also a hero, that he feels he outgrew, who has given him features in a probably casual way
The new vinyl pressing of Channel Orange randomly had the two songs that Tyler was credited on removed and I thought that was weird
Now this. What if Frank randomly felt a way about a feature, sued Tyler, then Tyler blocked him from using those songs idk. Either that or it’s just ye
I think it’s definitely one of them
See my Drake explanation on the previous page
I can’t see him suing over a feature
I could see a scenario where Tyler had a feature from Drake, Drake saw him at the pop out and told him he’d sue if he released it. Then Tyler responded with the Hey Now remix
Am I missing something? Drake and Tyler made music before?
I disagree with the need for interpretation and "critical" "expert" a***ysis (as opposed to an experiential approach to art) in the first place so I don't think it's so important for these made up rules to be abided by
an album is meant for experiencing not reading someone else try and translate it into words (in my opinion...)
I think when you're a publication embedded in as much modern music history as a place like Pitchfork, you should hold a sense of responsibility to your reader, though. And to the art, too!!! That's the essence of having a platform. It feels wholy dishonest to say "we're gonna put the guy that hates everything on the big albums so we get more ad revenue." An artist's work is intrinsically linked with the reception of that work and that conversation should be taken super seriously.
At the end of the day I agree with you, though. A critic's review isn't going to change my opinion because I'm gonna like what I like and listen to what I like.
you are out of your mind. im not mad at the malice love. he definitely deserves it as he got busy all throughout but Push is putting on an absolute MASTERCLASS stop the madness

@Allen_Iverson damn bruh congrats
Am I missing something? Drake and Tyler made music before?
They could’ve but never released anything
That’s the part that has me leaning more towards Frank
I've played Birds Don't Sing 4x and I've cried every time. I don't get emotional listening to music. This is beautiful art.
