I....I cant even s***post and troll. This was legit a masterpiece breh. My gf and I talked about it the whole way home and kept saying that was such a good f***ing movie. It was like an hour trip that felt like 10 minutes. She then mentioned cerce and I was like holy s***! You couldve made that the main scene in any horror movie and people would've flipped. And we both forgot about it. That's how good it was.

Tom played the character well. It's just that the character is kind of a wimp and people aren't able to separate the character from the actor and hating on him.

What made Charlize great? For a goddess in love with a human, she showed ZERO emotion her entire screen time

The whole point is she fell in love despite her wish to. She’s showing zero emotion because she knows it’s a forbidden love. She’s conflicted internally about letting him go vs knowing she has to. I think she displays that inner conflict perfectly. Her monologue is very sincerely delivered
