West Coast Spanish people are different from other side/coast's Spanish people, and it West Coast CA Spanish people that are usually the more of the negative - and also Florida

But if you go to like Texas, New Mexico and especially Arizona, most of the Spanish people there want to stay to themselves and also don't trust "the whites" as they face legit deportation discrimination (even before current year) and discrimination from being more connected to Mexico, the more direct cartel activity, and "illegals"

Really it's the history of CA and FLA that gives the rest a bad wrap, from what I notice, and what I understand of history and sociology

But also, from what I understand, Spanish especially Mexican culture differs widely from area to area even in Mexico itself - from customs, to social norms, bias', and even the way they speak Spanish down to some words that exist for some but others don't think it's "real Spanish" etc.

It's more nuance than people make it out to be, or attribute the history of only two states to the others

But the "wanting to be white" of Spanish people in Florida and especially California came from their own civil rights issues of farming, segregation, discrimination and commerce way way back of white america which led to s*** like Chavez, but s lot of them try)tried to pass off as white and develop that attitude towards black people out of their own survival n assimilation - as f***ed up as that is
