Can never happen because Latinos perpetuate and exploit racism and colorism within their own communities, let alone against African Americans.

Let me explain this to you in ways that you can understand
White supremacy reigns supreme World Wide. Everywhere, including in Latin communities.
With that being acknowledged, Latinos are in closer proximity to white supremacy than black people, and they exercise that often, even within their own community that's why all the novelas are with white passing latinos for example.
So if they're being colorists and racists within their own communities, it's no wonder then, that plenty of people within black communities can testify to the racism and colorism aimed at them by latinos.
