I didn’t mind the song until it was playing in front of someone and they told me the song already existed and it was called Cry For You I honestly had no idea, now I don’t really get the point of this track

this may come across as hating as a Charli stan, but it's not the fact that she's going full-blown mainstream that's the problem. it's the fact that the songwriting is not up to snuff as her previous output. i've always wanted something in this style from Charli but judging by the singles, it just seems so middling from her
