CDs are so much nicer to play and to look at. The size is also perfect.

false, vinyl is the best physical music to own. and a well packaged vinyl record with inserts + beautiful gatefold is 100000% better than some s***ty CD with some mini-booklet

vinyl is a life-long investment and well worth the money if you're willing to save up for great equipment and maintain that equipment

Well to start off it's fine as long as you have the intention to upgrade and continue. If you keep buying records and never upgrade your system the vinyl purchasing becomes strictly performative and pointless.

Correct I prefer vinyl because of the physical aspect. You were saying most people just but s***ty vinyl setups but a majority of CD's are being played in terrible home systems and awful car stereos. It goes both ways and as long as you invest properly you can prefer what media you want i just think vinyl is cooler, presentation wise as well. People exaggerate the sound quality in comparison to other mediums as they catch up but it also does sound fantastic on a great system.

i cant all the way hate though because this s*** looks kinda nice good thing my girl got me with a nice japanese cd player that works with my vinyl setup so i dont need to bother
