this happened to me too like you just have to apply to a ton of different places and get lucky it sucks

Bro up until last fall I never had a steady job and I'm 30 years old. I've just been in school piling up debt like a jackass. The job market right now is awful. I'm a teacher and it took 6 months for me to find anything.

I'd pretty much given up but my girl gave me s*** and convinced me to keep trying even though the school year had already started. Didn't seem to be any point but whatever. Sent out an application to a school at 5 AM, heard back the next afternoon and within a month I was in a salaried position making good money with benefits. Sounds simple enough but I had gone through all my options.

Never count yourself out because you never know when you're only one application away from a life changing opportunity. You just have to keep piling up lottery tickets and hoping your numbers are called.

Don’t underestimate connections man, I was down bad last year the first two months and a good friend from my last job hit me up with a job. All I can say that might’ve not been said is when you get a job form connections.
