Yeah we live in a patriarchal society still in a lot of ways but ignoring men’s issues and suffering doesn’t “balance the scales” it’s not “progressive” and just perpetuates a lot of problems that men then reproduce out in society that women are also thereby exposed to

Ignoring men’s issues also hurts women too it’s not that difficult to piece together.

You’re not progressive or radical for saying “fuck men” or just brushing the problems to the side just because men in society historically occupied certain powerful positions and dynamics yes that can be criticized, is problematic and we can have the roe v wade discussion too and how it’s ridiculous that rights can undemocratically be taken away like that, it should be discussed but today is a lot different than yesterday and we have to acknowledge the state of men in the current moment. it’s just going to lead to more resentment and an increasingly toxic society to neglect this s***

Men in general do got a lot of work that needs to be done and some of that is no responsibility but their own but that doesn’t mean their problems need to be rendered invisible for some sense of representation liberal equality in a capitalist system

S***s being gone about the wrong way and you’re pushing the generations of soon to be men in the meat grinder as well by ignoring the issues men face today
