DURING COVID??

I can understand why not because last time Hollywood attempted a live action DBZ movie but there wasn't really enough thought,money or time put into that movie. Biggest obstacle a DBZ movie faces is the fact that it'll be too expensive and hard to translate into live action,but I'd be interested in seeing someone attempt it again with the right resources

I remember the trailer dropping for that s*** and automatically thinking it was a parody. Its gonna take a big budget and skilled producers/set designers/directors to get a DBZ movie right

They couldn’t even get Death Note right

Maybe if they wanted to try OG Dragonball then maybe I’ll give that a shot

it’s gonna be slow till Wakanda Forever drops aside from some horror films

not a bad summer film szn at least, we still getting readjusted

Halloween Ends would've been big had Universal not decided to go day and date on Peacock

We’ll have good anime / video game adaptations someday

I’m very indifferent about the Tom Holland Spider-Man movies. He’s a great Spider-Man but his movies are mid to me

pretty obvious this would be the biggest day of the year but we need this to happen more often

or just slash ticket prices

I’ve read some horror stories about a lot of people who came out for this day tho

On phones constantly, f***ing in theaters, fights, etc

i went pretty early so i got lucky

aside from a day camp i’m assuming bringing a whole group of kids to see dragon ball and most of them clearly never seeing that s*** in their life

i still think ticket prices should scale if the films been in theatres for months or isn’t selling a lot of seats
