Very low chance Jaylen is on this team next year.

While trading him on an expiring deal isn’t ideal, due to the new cba rules keeping him on a supermax more than two years would be suicidal, and trading him on the supermax might be just as hard since other teams will come up against the same issue.

This new CBA really will change the NBA considerably.

If we were to supermax both Jaylen and Jayson, we will essentially be locked into our core for the next five years without being able to make any major changes, and any players we shed will only be able to be replaced by minimum guys.
