the nba finals were a failure. the season as a whole was not. we found a great coach, a strong 1-7 rotation with no defensive weakness which is locked up long term, with room add to it. tatum became a far more complete player than ever before. this team as constructed will have a chance every single season.

Painful, missed opportunity. Hard last few games to watch. You could literally see them 'run out of gas', while GS got better. I do see them getting back to the finals, at least our core time frame says that it's possible. Injuries and roster shake ups will happen in the East so anything can happen.
