I'm not a mindless husk of a person. My sexual attraction may have been given to me out of my control, but I have the introspective capacity to describe what I do and don't like.

You are stopping at that first step, and I think you're doing it in bad faith at this point. We both agree that learning someone is bisexual can alter someone's mental perception of someone and make them no longer attracted to that person. You, however, are saying that's purely the end. As if there is a gene that checks for "bisexual=yes" and shuts off physical/sexual attraction. I would wager that almost certainly isn't the case.

We have seen societal beauty standards change throughout the ages and throughout cultures. Sexual attraction isn't purely genetic. There are social factors influencing our perceptions of attractiveness. I, and many of the other rational people in this thread are saying that claiming you instantly lose attraction after learning someone is bisexual is due to lingering homophobia/biphobia. Examples of these being seeing men as inherently more feminine because of their orientation, irrational fear of them cheating on you with another man, or thinking they're "tainted" by having been "gay" in the past.

Many people acknowledge this. You, for some reason, are stopping at the most surface-level of explanations and then putting your head in the sand. None of us can figure out why.
