its true
thoughts on my list
i like all the songs pretty much, little surprised at the top 3 tbh but idk what i would have predicted instead
also glad you agree on the stones highlight, was expecting child of the moon
need to revisit that 13th floor elevators album a few more times but i couldnt get into it
maybe they agree with me that ranking albums is a lot easier than ranking songs
i will strongly agree
although the research part of this is taking alot of the time

Young Lovers my personal favourite of the year but i know that wasnt a good fit at that top. i kept feeling Chain Of Fools before i noticed it was my most listened to by a good amount
felt better.
Im A Sleeper has some wild ass magic i cant explain and most people dont agree but
Child Of The Moon still very high
33 of about 300 songs ranked
That Elevators album sucks but that one songs
pairs with Jugland Blues as the harrowing sound of a fracturing psyche
the ultimate Chain of Fools praise
peak soul
sorry boys
Aretha pulled up even harder than last year
theres probably alot less psych on there than people would expect from me too
It’s a great list
only 3 months for what i usually call the best year for popular music

1983 and Prudence much closer to the bottom than I thought you would’ve put them

1983 meanders a bit too much. Prudence great but not touching Warm Gun, I'm So Tired, Bulldog
The fact that George the only Beatle with 2 songs in the top 25
The fact that all four of them have songs in the top 35
I'm obsessed with Don't Pass Me By. Ringo snapped
