    I'll only say this about TPAB. everybody who got that album and played it religiously around my community were older black folks.

    it took the younger kids me included a couple listens to be like aight i f*** with this.( I was round 17/18)

    so like 30+.

    I ain't see white kids f***ing with this unless they played some jazz instruments or some s*** like that. type to go to festivals and s***.

    i hang around different white people tho

    there is nothing wrong with liking the more obscure s***. why wouldn't you want to see an artist go a more ambitious route to make something more creative and original? i admire that type of s***

    of course not LMFAO i LOVE danny, and it's the same w TPAB it's one of my favs from last decade

    but i keep an overbearing eye on it's critical acclaim and how much d***riding it gets despite it being a fantastic album, same with Danny being a fantastic artist

    it ain't their fault it's the mayozoids

    It’s crazy too cause he said he made XXX cause he knew music critics would love it. But it’s his best album still imo

    ya i remember him saying that AE still his best tho but yea i feel like its better for an artist to make music for themselves that they like instead of making s*** that critics want

    not at all, but i consider his latest s*** more of a victory lap album more than anything else

    same with Wayne from C3 to C4, those are the albums you make when you "did" it, Wayne with commercial success and becoming an icon, Danny with making AE, appeasing his cult following and succeeding and surpassing the bar he set for himself and eating off his great music

    Idk I'm white asf and was in a frat at the time and there was times my brothers would play some TPAB songs at parties or if we're chilling ..
