As much as I enjoyed the beautiful cinematography from the main camera, I lowkey f***ed with the VHS quality camera moments more in this film…
Wouldn’t have minded if this had been all just completely found footage all the way through.

As long as films take risk and attempt things what is there to be mad at . One 750k other 10 million we constantly see 150-300 million dollar movies that are basically money laundering that don’t evoke emotion . They are forgettable

Jun 1This was cool, worth a watch for sure. Felt a little empty tho, felt like an extension for the YouTube videos for better or worse. Can’t say I’d watch it again but I imagine someone who had never heard of backrooms before would dig it
