I liked it! Acting was great, the vibe, the soundtrack, some shots reminded me of Better Call Saul in a good way
Did I get it wrong or at the end they left the doctor there so the place can make new rooms?
The mental health thing was a good angle
Knew it
It was excepted to do 50-60 million opening weekend. This movie is doing WAY above expectations lol
The expectation by Thursday night was $90 mil
The audience reception wasn’t very good and that caused the projection to fall.
The one positive thing I will say is.. the set pieces were absolutely incredible.
The Christmas tree room was so f\*\*\*in cool
I thought it was okay though overall. I think I need to watch it again sometime on my own though. Too many distractions going on in the theater
As much as I enjoyed the beautiful cinematography from the main camera, I lowkey f***ed with the VHS quality camera moments more in this film…
Wouldn’t have minded if this had been all just completely found footage all the way through.
Emma Stone CLEARS this nordic broad don’t even

I don’t understand why y’all are hyped about seeing a Christmas tree lit up in a dark room. Spooooooky.
Have some standards.
Between this and Obsession I fear we’re just going to have to skip over the entire Gen Z era of filmmaking and continue to rely on millennials, Gen X, and the boomers.

As long as films take risk and attempt things what is there to be mad at . One 750k other 10 million we constantly see 150-300 million dollar movies that are basically money laundering that don’t evoke emotion . They are forgettable
