reading
working out (tennis, basketball, weight training, running)
making music
watching movies
I go to reading classes when I can’t find some.
I go on walks, go to the movies.
I work out but it don’t feel social.
Powerlifting. I like weightlifting and all but I need an end goal and after realizing at a young age that Scott Steiner and Arnold were in fact on steroids the idea of “getting huge” lost its appeal. I’m still big but I’d rather be strong and having a concrete goal, making number go up, helps. Also if I don’t lift I start wanting to kill myself so there’s that.
Now with that comes proper nutrition which gives me a topic to study and research, but also makes cooking important and a fun little hobby with cooking. Love getting new gadgets and s*** in the kitchen, trying new recipes, meal prepping, and feeding others.
I got my dog and I gotta take care of him so we go on daily walks, sometimes two in a day. I’ll listen to history audiobooks during the walks. Just finished a Don Simon Bolivar biography and now I’m doing ancient history.
I care less about sports the older I get and the more I see how bullshit and corrupt it is. But I’ll still watch. Fantasy Football League is the biggest thing there.
I try to read more. I’ve only read 4 books this year though. Been cutting out a lot of bullshit out of my life in recent years so maybe soon I’ll make more time to read more consistently. I’ll read comic books on the treadmill.
Play less video games these days.
Then of course I love music and finding artists but that’s why we’re all here in the first place right.
I like to travel. I’ll visit my friends in Seattle usually once a year. Love that place. I want to get back to Jersey at least once a year too. It’s just good for my soul. Been to Mexico, Canada, and most recently Croatia for my international trips. Need to make one international trip a year. Gotta see more places try more foods.

I have written a few lyrics in English but other then that, when I write I do it in my native language.

Baby steps.
I always make it a mission to dont let the day go by without having/starting at least one conversation with a complete stranger no matter how big or small, male or female, no ulterior motives but just to do it.
Literally complimenting somebody’s earrings after a comedy show lead to numbers being exchanged and niggas didnt expect s*** at all.
Damn i feel envious, cause to me the biggest challenge is approaching someone, either man or woman, and make small talk. If it happens im the one who gets approached, so i dont have experience. I make excuses like not wanting to bother people but as you say, as long as you dont really got ulterior motives people wont refuse a conversation with a stranger.
I'm in a band and produce music with other people, I write books and short stories, I listen to an insane amount of new music and try to go to movie theaters regularly. I really love karaoke bars too. Any spare time I have after that goes to following sports, mostly NFL or MLB.

Make friends in lines while waiting in lines. If you’re going to a panel, meeting a celebrity, artist, etc - you already have something in common. Strike up a conversation. I’ve made friends at cons, concerts, etc just waiting and chatting. Helps pass the time too.

Real
S*** is addictive too
Ive learned that most people are very susceptible to random conversations, but that most either have anxiety or are tired: stressed. That means you gotta take initiative. If you want social connection in the modern world, you have to put in some work
For me its not an everyday thing tho but when i recognize the opportunity and am not super tired lol

the world is a lot more scarier than most people would think.
but the world is also a lot more friendlier than most people would think.

I love it. If my parents weren’t here in Texas I’d probably move there.
Somehow every time I visit it’s the best weather they’ve had. Even in the winter when it’s supposed to “always rain” I get there and it’s the one week it’s sunny.
So the weather has been amazing, food scene is A+, public transport is great and the cities walkable, tons of beautiful parks and things to do. I love it there
There is no “male loneliness epidemic”.
Congrats for falling for propaganda.
You smarter than this…
