The ending at this point could be 23 minutes of eren taking a s*** and it wouldnt change my opinion on this series. Its not like all the events til now havent happened and no matter the quality of the ending its not erasing these 80 episodes. Manga readers dont post snarky replies to this, i dont want even a hint of the ending
Again
Everything that happens after 131 for me it doesn’t even matter
Up until that part AoT going down in history
MAN I CAN'T Eren
bruh all this hype and to see manga niggas downplay the ending really makes me anxious about when the turning point is because ITS JUST STRAIGHT FIRE EVERY EP SO FAR
the ending is as shocking and dramatic as you’d expect from this series. just stay enjoying it like you are

real
I cant even imagine being 2009 isayama already knowing what to put in chapter 1 and chapter 122 and then going "damn now how im connecting these 2 plot points together
"
Ymir died because as its been established in episode 6 i think of final season part 1 in order to regenerate you need the will to live, in fact reiner at that point had none so he wasnt regenerating, ymir must have felt the same way considering her s***ty ass life, so that's the reason she died. Mikasa isnt deaf, the rumbling is just too loud for mikasa to hear anything
Hmmm. Will to live s***, interesting.
Something’s definitely up with Mikasa though, that’s not just the rumbling being loud. Too much emphasis on that.

AoT going down in history regardless
And coming from someone who used to have mixed feelings about it - the ending is actually fantastic, once all the pieces connect

wow they’re trying to throw the bleach reputation on aot. classic until a certain point. that’s disrespect
Oh s*** that was the last episode?
No, still 7 more

Crazy huh? A lot of s*** went down for only 5 episodes lmao we told y'all even when the first half of the season was announced that this last season is gonna be special lmao

Its not a spoiler, just a correction but if you still want to speculate ill put it in spoilers: that was a case of the anime not conveying well what happens in the manga, i had the same question but ive been corrected immediately, apparently the manga makes it pretty clear that the rumbling is loud. In italian the rumbling is translated to "roar of the earth" so that makes it even clearer, its supposed to be loud af
"Two Brothers" to "Memories From The Future" to "From You, 2000 Years Ago" probably the best 3 episode run this series has had. There's still one more specific episode that I personally need to see animated because it's probably the darkest of the series, and that's saying a lot.
I really can't think of any TV show that has a better storyline than AOT.
Can't wait to rewatch the show once its done.

Yeah its easily dethroned "perfect game" "hero" and "midnight sun", and that was an iconic ass run. I think "Declaration of War" "Warhammer Titan" and "Assault" are also a great episode run tbh
To think that the origin of the titans was a random ass event, there was no deal with the devil or grand discovery, it just happened because a little girl was at the right place at the right time, and the whole mistery surrounding the creature is compelling too, hopefully it doenst become like eva where people need to a***yze every little piece of lore to make a sense of everything when its really not needed

Both of those runs were also elite, this series spoils us

I actually have an interesting theory concerning the origin of the titan power and how it connects to the story as a whole, but Imma wait until the end
We’re in the endgame now, folks.
Seeing the Founding Titan for the first time totally makes me understand why a movie is necessary.
They’re gonna need a movie level budget to properly illustrate the finale of this.
Those poor MAPPA animators.
