I feel so sad that he tried protecting his estranged little brother right up till the end. Man left his own grandparents in Marley, to be with Eren, to support him with the little time he had left.

It was right that Isayama had Levi tearing up after killing Zeke. Everyone knew the guy was inherently kind & just trying to do right by Eren.
