Also tried degrading SNK by saying you’re a hypebeast if you fw it, even though it’s been popping for the last decade

Death Note is a solid anime but its second half flames out. It's still a classic series everyone should watch but it's nowhere close to SNK.

1. At the end of Season 4 Ep 2, when the guards are listening in to Zeke talk to the warriors, what does that guard mean by: “All seems well, except for that one line Zeke said”?
2. What constitutes a Child of Ymir. Some ppl are saying you have to be half M half E, or full E but special?

I think for your first point is that Zeke mentioned that they were being listening in, but zeke shouldn't be aware of that.
For 2 I think as long as you have some eldian blood in your blood your considered a subject of Ymir because Mikasa and Levi are half eldian

Part of ancient Eldian expansion involved making cheap titans from colonized nations through massive rape campaigns, fathering Subjects of Ymir not strictly part of the Empire who could be used as war fodder. Kruger talks about this to Grisha in the manga.
It's also very important for why Eren decides to do what he does. When the Levi Squad visits Marley they attend an 'International Eldian Rights' conference in hopes to talk about peace, but all the participants there say 'we are victims of this history of rape and pillaging from the devils of Paradis, so please pardon us.' (They're scared of increasingly sophisticated blood-testing technology, as Kiyomi said.) This is why Eren emphasizes that he's saving Paradis, his hometown, and not Subjects of Ymir generally.

Someone answered #2 so I'll answer #1\. Zeke replied to Galliard's question on the presence of the Marleyans with "Not in this room". He had a suspicion that the warriors were being monitored from within the bugged room and provided a nuanced answer. It was said in a way that's like: 'We are alone, but we aren't alone just because they aren't in this room with us right now.' Magath and Reiner both picked up on it. Notice how Reiner cuts off Galliard at some point. This was to ensure the wrong things aren't said in the company of those listening.
