If anything, Superman and the rest of WB's success this year drove the price UP for anyone looking to buy it

According to a new report from Bloomberg, Paramount Skydance, which has been making escalating offers to Warner Bros. in an effort to acquire the company over the past month, would plan to keep most of the company intact.

When it comes to streaming services specifically, though, Bloomberg notes that David Ellison’s plan would see HBO Max merge into the existing Paramount+ platform.

Under this new merger, Paramount+ would house all of the offerings of the company and, according to Bloomberg, the idea would be to have Paramount+ be seen as a more compelling option for subscribers going forward. No official confirmation on a merger has been made yet, but Paramount continues to be fairly aggressive in its efforts to acquire the company.

Crazy how the gaming landscape has changed. Microsoft can't get any company for a long time after getting Activision Blizzard, EA is getting brought out, Ubisoft might get brought out by Tencent and who knows if Take Two is still interested.

Doesn't help that WB pump fake twice on selling their gaming division when publishers learned that they're only getting the developers, not the IP as well.
