If you were pushing it in the red on memory pressure every day it might in like a decade. Generally it’s nothing to worry about.

Appreciate it doggy
Imma miss the Touch Bar im ngl lol
I had the last 2015 MacBook that had the butterfly keyboard and I feel like I used the touch bar on my 2016 infinitely more than its top row
Being able to have a browser and OBS open or Logic Pro + a browser is gonna be uncharted territory
yeah that was impoo back then for Intel Macs.
you literally had to have a separate desktop or iMac to setup that.
coming from an intel macbook, any thoughts between getting a refurb m2 pro or should i just get a new m3 pro?
thinking i could save a little bit of money, but not sure if it's worth it.
planning on using it for development, blender, design, lightroom, and music prod
Prolly getting a 16inch M3 in Feb for my bday from the last 16inch intel
Can’t wait for instant on & all day battery
I don't know what your job entails in terms of video shooting, uploading/downloading file sizes, etc. if your media work is high intensity then maybe it's worth it.
I also think it depends on how long you plan to keep the phone. the Pro's better chip is good future-proofing. years down the road the Pro's chip will hold up better as iOS updates. but if you're only keeping the phone for 1 or 2 years, the regular model should be fine. if you plan to have it for 4+ years, maybe the Pro is worthwhile for longevity of processing speeds
Got that mf I love it. Free w Verizon contract
I completely understand the keyboard complaints before these new MacBooks dropped. the keyboard on this thing is amazing and actually makes me want to work more lol
Honestly can’t tell if this iPhone 15 pro battery sucks or not lol
Was able to snag a m2 pro 14inch for $1700 cad
rich bloke was definitely willing to go lower too
playing around with my 14 inch M1 Pro now and omg having that old keyboard back is so incredible
also the lift where you have to rest your wrists while typing is certainly interesting. very interesting jump between 2016 and 2021 as far as laptop design goes
bruhhh
just got an iPad pro with magic keyboard 12.9 inch
had the 2018 pro before and never used it
same thing w the mini
this is a game changer for work

from the few people I see with the iPad + the lil keyboard case (prob what ur talking abt), the reasons to have a laptop seem very very few
I personally love the creativity it allows to have that touchscreen. I would imagine its much better to access Freeform, Adobe's apps, drum up some patterns in Logic Pro, etc
finally Android and iOS users will shut up in 2024 with this and interoperability between both.
weirdest timeline we’re in
So I bought some new AirPod Pros 2nd generation about 3 weeks ago. I ended up losing the case at work. I still have the actual AirPod’s though. The case had USB-C charging port.
On my old AirPod Pros, I’m pretty sure they’re 2nd generation as well, the case is a Lightning charging port. The problem though the new AirPods don’t seem to charge in the old case? Is that by design, or is there something I need to do to get them to charge?
I can confirm the case still does work, still charges up my old AirPod Pros. Wanna know if it’s by design before I f*** around and order a new case
