I don’t think we have the same taste, I thought the drama in Golden Time was forced and cheesy, the stupid amnesia plot completely ruined the anime and “conveniently” created awkward situations, sometimes went away and then went back in the worst times (I don’t think that’s how amnesia works) and ”Ghost Banri” is the dumbest s*** I’ve ever seen.

They also seem to be a less mature couple (despite being in college instead of high school), all of their fights are about petty drama, unlike Horimiya who seem to be mature and know what they want, and solve problems by talking about it and communicating like a healthy couple.

What I can say about Horimiya is, by the half point they’re pretty much a perfect couple and have no room to grow. You can create a conflict that’s not stupid and show it to us. It doesn’t have to be a love triangle just give us something. Couples have conflicts they’re usually not always on the same page!
