im trying to fill out my diversity quota checklist spreadsheet to narrow down what im gonna be watching next season but looking at the upcoming shows and their PVs makes me sad. Next season looks scuffed as hell

First off, I don't like how they put extra episodes at the end lol I didn't expect the story to wrap up so quickly in episode 22.

Wasn't sure at first if I liked the way they ended it, but now that I read more about the city/wish connection and the after world it all makes sense. The robot representing Okazaki as the toy robot he gave Ushio :( Episodes 17/18 had me in total shambles when he got to know his daugher.

I just wish the characters from the first season would've made some more appearances, some of them just dissapeared. But I guess that's how life is isn't it.

Dog I like re zero enough to read the webnovels and s*** but f*** I hate subaru. More than any protagonist in any medium. Kinda think the overall themes are pretty trash too. Still the plot is interesting so I keep on it. I must have issues lmao.

next season looks soooooo boring compared to this season

so close to finally finishing Dorohedoro manga the art is hella sketchy and minimal at times which makes it hard to read a lot in one sesh, but the overall plot, themes, and aesthetic are all so dope. definitely glad the anime made me pick this up

What a big difference, this season I had a lot to watch and catch up (like Wonder Egg Priority I haven’t watched it yet)

Next season I’ll probably just watch MHA S5 (that’s good cause I should be studying lol)

It was really interesting to me in Clannad how the friends stopped being main characters in their lives and Nagisa’s parents took their place. Although I love the parents it’s weird that nobody kept in touch not even Sungohara?

I also thought Okazaki and Nagisa’s relationship was so innocent and slow! Like they slept in the same room on separate futons and it took them forever to, like, hold hands.

Like I don’t think these are plot holes I think that’s just how normal relationships work in Japan maybe?

Yeah once you read more into the end it adds a lot back to it. The first season and second are like completely different shows tone wise which I thought added a lot to the show

I think its kinda hilarious because I spent the whole first season rooting against nagisa, finally start becoming a huge fan of hers in the second and they just do her like that

Seeing how kyou turned out to be his kids teacher was a cool throwback though but thats a good point with thats kinda just how things work. The robot reference when you finally realize it is gas

alright got my 18 seasonals planned out for next season and im ready to be disappointed
