SD Gundam Battle Alliance really a great game man. Really resparked my love of Gundams, and mechs over all. I've learned so much about UC Gundam lore, and the overall Gundam Metaverse from this game its crazy.

I was always a Gundam fan, but I came up off of Wing, so I mostly stuck to AC Gundam series. Wasn't really until Covid happened that I sat down and watched UC Gundam, and now I love it more than any AC series

the whole alternate timeline thing was such a dumb idea since all the actual original stuff gets completely mogged by references and characters from the UC timeline. i can't imagine how a newcomer would even enjoy this cause again a lot of this is dependent on having prior knowledge of that timeline (which honestly isn't good enough to carry this show considering they speedrushed that stuff as well lmao). it really should've just been an original show completely

even witch from mercury got to flesh out a couple of their characters a bit despite working with 25 episodes. the best gundams are usually around 50 episodes bar war in the pocket and 0079
