Summer 2024
AOTS:
1) Mono
2) Heroines
3) Stepsister
EOTS:
1) Mono ep1
2) Stepsister ep 9
3) Mono ep 7
HM) Any elusive samurai ep
OPOTS:
Mono

EDOTS:
Heroines

OSTOTS:
Mono & Stepsister are the winners but I can't find any of the ost yet so here's a wistoria song since they had an amazing ED fade in

I thought the season was pretty fire, my top 3 and elusive samurai (HM) were all strong throughout imo. The rest of the shows had some good and bad moments, but weren't awful overall.
Specifically for OnK I didn't really like the reveal and honestly at the moment don't care too much about anything that happens in that area of the story. ED sometimes went so hard though, side note akane should be the MC.
Monogatari continues to stand as one of, if not the greatest series of all time and for that I'm just thankful to see in real time

What does seinen mean? Opposite of shonen?
Time to peep that dandadan
What does seinen mean? Opposite of shonen?
It means nothing, its a target demographic that magazines in japan use. Shonen means young boy, seinen means young adult. It generally doesnt have much of an impact on the stories we read, its a way for them to categorize manga and decide in which magazine to put them. There's a sort of outline, but its not uncommon to see mature themes and violence in shonen, and lighthearted, high school slice of life in seinen for example
Dandadan was incredibile i love science saru, re zero was cringe i still have to finish ep 1. Onto blue box
What does seinen mean? Opposite of shonen?
different magazines, more mature audience, less restrictive with their content. They usually dont get adaptations.
Stuff like Vinland Saga or Monster are Seinen
What does seinen mean? Opposite of shonen?
Seinen = aimed at 18+ male audience
Dandadan train starts tmr huh
